Today we were delighted to welcome the Armagh Rhymers to St. Mary’s for a morning of immersion in Irish culture and folklore. P.5/6/7 took part in a workshop where everyone got to perform in song and dance, learn some of the Irish language and appreciate the art of storytelling. They then performed with the Armagh Rhymers to the rest of the school. This was funded from the Foras na Gaeilge grant received this year.
