We were all treated to a lovely assembly by the P5 pupils today who dressed up as Egyptians, ate as the Ancient Egyptians would have done and shared with us lots of interesting facts about the Ancient Egyptians. They even showed us how the Ancient Egyptians removed the brains (pictured) when the bodies were mummified! Thank you to P5, Mrs. Turley and Ms Sexton. Unfortunately five of the P5 class were unable to participate due to illness.
